Barths Pharmacy is a local, independent pharmacy with four locations: Westhampton Beach, East Moriches, East Quogue, and Jamesport. Mr. Fred Barth opened the doors of Barths Drug Store in Riverhead in 1917. His grandson Barry Barth, went on to open the second location in Westhampton Beach in 1979.

In 2004, Lou Cassara took over ownership of the Westhampton Beach Barths Pharmacy. He has since grown a successful business adding on the East Moriches pharmacy in 2008, East Quogue in 2014 and Jamesport in 2016. Barths Pharmacy is one of the original compounding pharmacies on Long Island. Barths maintains a high standard of service and continues to offer customized medication solutions and quality care to their customers.
